Why Pilates at Work?
Modern workplaces face rising levels of stress, fatigue and musculoskeletal discomfort, leading to reduced focus and increased absenteeism. Desk‑based roles place continuous strain on the neck, shoulders and lower back, leaving employees with chronic tightness that affects their wellbeing and focus.
Regular movement sessions help counteract these effects, allowing your team to reset, improve posture and release tension. By prioritising movement, you help your workforce feel better in their bodies - leading to healthier, happier and more productive working days.

Pilates restores functional capacity
Systematic reviews show that Pilates enhances balance, movement control and overall functional ability, helping employees move more comfortably throughout the working day.
Workplace wellbeing has a high return on investment
Deloitte reports an average ROI of £4.70 for every £1 invested, driven by reduced absenteeism, presenteeism and staff turnover
