  • Provide appropriate exercise modifications

  • Administer and manage bookings

  • Meet insurance and professional requirements

How your information is stored

Your information is stored securely using Google Workspace tools (Google Forms and Google Sheets). Access is restricted to the instructor and is used solely for the purposes outlined in this notice.

How long we keep your information

PAR‑Q responses and attendance records are retained for up to 7 years, in line with insurance and professional guidelines.

Sharing your information

We do not share your information with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent. Companies booking sessions do not receive access to individual health information.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the information we hold about you

  • Request corrections

  • Request deletion of your data (where legally permissible)

  • Withdraw consent at any time
